Marketing Collateral Co-ordinator
Role responsibilities
To ensure all Concateno’s customer facing documents comply with Regulatory and Quality requirements and are approved by relevant parties within the company.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not restricted to the following:
- Ensure all new materials or changes to existing materials including advertising, promotional material and labelling are carried out in accordance with Concateno’s Material Approval Process
- Maintain a log of changes raised, allocating a unique number to allow traceability and tracking of changes
- Arrange meetings with relevant teams to ensure materials are developed according to required timelines
- Provide updates on the progress of materials and projects as required
- Work with the wider marketing team on specific projects
Qualities needed
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
