An Expert Witness Report is essential for test results that are required for court proceedings. A detailed explaination of the results, from a laboratory that handles thousands of samples each year, can ensure that you have a reliable and robust result, which can stand up to court examination.
What does an Expert Witness Report contain?
An Expert Witness Report details the testing procedure from sample collection through to reporting results. It contains information regarding the chain of custody in place to maintain integrity, a detailed description of the testing procedure, and whether or not the drugs we tested for were detected. Our Reporting Scientists assess each test and provide interpretation of each result.
Our Expert Witnesses are also available to attend court to explain the testing procedure, their interpretation of results and the chain of custody as required.
