Sample Collection
Most social workers and solicitors find the sample collection service much more reliable and quicker than requesting donors to meet a scheduled appointment with their local GP. Concateno TrichoTech Collectors are trained to complete a number of checks whilst the sample is being collected to maintain the chain of custody and eliminate errors made by untrained collectors.
Back at the laboratory checks are also made on each sample to ensure that it is sealed in tamper proof packaging, and that the sample weight, sample preparation and chain of custody paperwork all meet the required standard.
Our collection network is UK-wide enabling us to take samples at your convenience and dispatch them securely back to our laboratory.
