Sample Collection at your Office
Concateno TrichoTech offer a UK wide sample collection service. We can arrange for an experienced and fully trained professional to collect a sample at a social service or lawyer’s office, where a donor is often more likely to reliably attend their appointment. Concateno TrichoTech Collectors are able to respond to any questions or concerns that the donor may have about the sample collection process, which helps to put the donor at ease. The security and convenience of arranging a sample collection at a lawyer's or local authority office also provides peace of mind for the legal team, who can observe that a sample is taken by a professional who remains independent of both the donor and the legal representative.
A Concateno TrichoTech collector will ensure that the sample is taken correctly, that the chain of custody paperwork is fully completed and that the sample is prepared properly and sealed in tamper proof packaging.
