Cozart® DDS
The Cozart® DDS can test for up to six different drug groups from a single oral fluid (saliva) sample in five minutes.
- Collect oral fluid sample
- Break collector into buffer
- Add the buffer to the cartridge
- Insert cartridge into Cozart® DDS instrument
- The Cozart® DDS analyses the cartridge, digitally displaying and printing the results
The Cozart® DDS has been used by the Home Office in the Drug Interventions Programme since 2008 in 173 custody suites in England and Wales . It is used by the HMP IDTS teams and internationally by police to test drivers at the roadside.
