Our account managers are committed to supporting and developing your testing programme to match your individual treatment objectives, while also ensure that testing, spend and service delivery are operating within the agreed constraints. They understand the communication pathways between and within local treatment organisations and are up to date with the latest trends in drug abuse and treatment.

Our field based Healthcare account managers have many years experience working within the Healthcare drug testing arena. They receive constant training on products and services and guidance on how best to apply this knowledge to help customers and end users to get the best out of their Concateno products.

Customer Service Specialists

Concateno's Customer Services team is located in the UK and our specialist advisors are always available to support you in using our products and services. The department liaises closely with the account managers to  ensure that all our customers get the support they need to do their jobs. Our aim is to ensure our customers are well informed about drug testing and its application in drug treatment and rehabilitation.

Our customer relations performance is monitored with monthly reviews and customer satisfaction surveys which allow us to continually improve on our response to customer requirements.

Technical support and ongoing training

Concateno's experienced team of Toxicologists are on hand to answer any technical queries. We can also provide detailed cross reactivity information to identify unexpected results, as well as detailed and up-to-date tachnical information on all our products and all the drugs that we test.

We know that training is an important part of our service and the best way to ensure our customers get the answers they need from their testing. Our training is provided on an unlimited basis to all our customers and we will tailor it to focus on any issues they may be coming across with their testing. We also run free educational seminars for our customers.
